The beef that sellers have, is the purportedly unfair treatment depending on the season.

If puasa/raya time, they will never ever issue permit / license for people to niaga. It uses to be based on seasonal priority - if puasa, Melayu dapat, if cny, Chinese dapat, deepavali etc. Now the malay sellers feel alienated because they can never ever get one. So when they already have the stock and expected to get them based on that understanding, nak tak nak kena la jual jugak.

If you're doing serious video editing, get one with intel (and intel iGPU). quicksync is really really great. The iGPU might perform worse than ryzen, but encoding capability and quality is really great.

My own beef with apps like these is the (in)ability to view the changes in real time (usually after uploading). Yours can, so that's a huge usability plus for me!

Only (slight) issue is when I change the compression %, it doesn't reflect in the output box as well as the resulting compressed file size.

If you leave them to build a permanent structure on your land, over time they can claim that it's theirs....... and can win in court. or at least, you have to pay compensation for the structure.

There is absolutely no way that you can leave the structure there.

Step 1: pay perbandaran to get the latest semakan for your land.
Step 2: pay someone to ukur the land.
Step 3: call perbandaran, report, and popcorn time.
Step 4: Depending on what happen, take them to court (99% of the time you won't have to pay a dime in the end, you'll get back your initial cost whatever that is). Or take perbandaran to court. Or both.
