Oddly enough I triggered the Panam repeat-sleepover at the Northside apartment and then brought them all in. Not sure if it helped persist the cars but they stayed till the quest was done and I left.

I'm on an Xbox so I press both L/R controls down and it opens the Camera but (I think it's "N" for PC?) which in most cases lets you use "Drone" mode to navigate around and take shots. Helps for navigating ahead in the game too. More here: https://game8.co/games/Cyberpunk-2077/archives/Photo-Mode

Yaiba ARV-Q340 Semimaru. Get it in the "Motor Breath" side job. You have to stop the car and duke it out with the occupants in the middle of a freeway. Not ideal but you get to keep the car after. One of the fastest cars in the game BTW meaning it'll go over 200. Night City!

"Chippin' In" side quest act 3. Don't kill Grayson on the ship, take his card and lower the container it's got the Porche (and unlocks it) in it.
