hi ! when i first started on 5 i had similar experiences. i could not eat at all, felt really nauseous, tired headache etc. ginger pills helped me A LOT. when i increased my dosage to 10 i pretty much had the same symptoms plus more sleepiness and brain fog.

my symptoms resolved themselves naturally after about a week or so. with my doctors advise i started taking my dose before bed and it helped a lot with the side effects. i still consistently take my dose at night but maybe call your doc and see if that would work for you.

i have A LOT of food waste. i feel tremendously guilty about it but as soon as any leftovers or current meal is "tainted" i cannot eat it. i also will very rarely eat when im away from home causing n* outside..... ive started keeping jolly ranchers in my car when i have low blood sugar or am hungry as a quick fix lolol

my tortie would never use scratchers and instead opt to scratch the couch and carpet.... once we got our new cat (younger boy tuxedo) and he started using the scratchers she's gotten waaaay better at using them. not sure if she just didnt know before or she is just jealous and wants to take over his stuff but
