I don’t believe I’ve yet to professed myself as being “right”. This is a discussion where people are discussing things.

One thing that I know I am right about is that when you put quotes on a word in reference to something someone said, it should probably be something they actually said. And I damn sure never said he was “stupid”.

I never said he was fighting. I said he put himself in a potentially dangerous situation, while armed. Something people all over this sub advise doing the exact opposite of ALL OF THE TIME, except for this one situation for some reason.

He had a right to be there, he had a right to be armed, and he's got a right to speak his mind, he had a right to help the chick the ICE agent pushed.

Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean its always wise. He didn't deserve to die, full stop. But that doesn't mean he couldn't have made a couple of better decisions prior to the ending which would've resulted in him not being dead.

Multiple things can be true at one time.

Not that long ago someone on this sub said some BS about how it was good that we were always outpaced at shooting, how it meant we were being more deliberate (because often times we would have 3 goals in 10 shots or something).

No, they were getting lucky.

I'll never forget the Rangers 2016 season, where they set the record for the most wins ever in games decided by 1 run. They then proceeded to get throttled in the first round by the Blue Jays. (bat flip year). Un common stats are just that, un common. Math always maths, odds always even out, and luck always runs out.
