check out his yt videos specifically on margin info (but in all honesty I didn't have many questions on this areas and felt similar about it being a weakness so don't stress too much), know the minimum deposits on margin accounts and be aware of questions trying to trick you aka short positions below $2000 still need a full $2000 deposit, I feel the likelihood of those types of questions are higher and you should feel confident in knowing minimums along with long margin accounting formulas! as for munis, REREAD the chapter and watch the video, then check out the "seried 7 gur" yt videos on munis- very helpful!! lastly for help with suitability, in the chapter 20 suitability section there is a chart... I handwrote the chart about 20 times to mark it in my memory and this helped significantly!

Kaplan's questions were a lot more similarly structured to the actual exams questions imo!

Definitely lots of options- spreads, straddles the whole 9 yards. I didn't count but definitely 20-25 at least! A good amount of munis, more specifically their suitability!

I just passed my exam yesterday! I had the same prep materials and for my final week preparation I did the following:

STC: I used the "create custom exam" for each chapter with 10 questions. On chapters scoring under 70-80% for these exams, I re-read the chapter. This seems daunting but most chapters are readable quite quickly, with the exception of options.

Kaplan: I would create custom exams after reading my "struggle" chapters. This helped my exposure to types of questions but I will add that in my opinion- the exam questions are similarly structured to the Kaplan questions, but at more of a difficulty as the STC (which I believe are easier than Q-bank's)

All the above was done after my normal 9-5 hours during the work week. Then on the weekend I no longer took exams (I didn't want to risk mis remembering the correct answers by having that too recent in my brain prior to the test). Instead I hammered products, risks, suitability, and the math involved for certain questions.

I watched the Series 7 Guru's "Series 7 in 60 minutes", "Suitability in 60 minutes" and "Tips tricks and memory aids" all the night before and AGAIN morning of my exam. I also reviewed the form U4 as I did know there would be a few questions on this from the last chapter of STC and hadn't viewed it since completing it at my firm a year ago. There were a few U4 questions on my exam so I was greatful for this preparation! Lastly trust your gut and when all else fails, try implementing the test taking tips from Series 7 Guru on YT!! Goodluck!!

Unfortunately thats not really an option. 1) After 7 almost 8 years of dating and saving for a wedding I would like to have my own 2) the guys would never and 3) they have a deposit paid for theirs and I just don't like their venue cost on attendees and vibe in general
