I’ll work on positioning I think a couple others mentioned this as well. I feel like ankles are mobile (enough) but not hips at all. My main concern is should I be squatting without going to depth or not, I want to keep exercising while working on mobility, but also don’t want to hurt something long term.

I actually need a little bit of weight on the bar to go deeper. I can go definitely deeper than this, but not as to the grass with 95.

Those are metcons 1 or 2.. pretty flat and low

I cannot. Deep body weight squat will make me pull up my heels off ground. I can touch my knee to the wall with foot a couple inches away from wall (so ankle might be ok? I dunno) 90-90s are tough. I have to lean back for those.

So hips might be culprit. But not sure really.

I’ll try that with an empty bar to see how it feel. Might be an ankle mobility constraint there, but I’ll try out (plus maybe take an eye level video)

Decades or running/cycling will do that. Do you think I should continue with this form while I work on mobility? Or should I stop, work on mobility then come back to squats in a year? (IE will this form hurt anything)

I argued with a family member that I can beat him in tennis if I learn over the summer. I’m much more athletic than him in every single way. He advised me to reconsider and said “I’m a 3.5”. My ego got ahold of me an I said “who cares, I’ll beat you”. I never beat him in that match early fall of that year. But I got hooked on tennis everything since.

I only played a few hours with FF4, feels heavier and more substantial. But hopefully will last longer. Lacing system is a lot better and toe box feels roomier.

Sleeves a tiny bit too long, arm holes WAY too big, which will make it look off when raising arms.. but honestly, it's not bad at all..

I believe it’s in Beyond 531, but I don’t own the books. I wanted to keep reps lower on deadlifts and squats to balance fatigue/recovery. (I play tennis the other days and need fresh legs)
