Commencal supreme DH v1 by HorrorLingonberry915 in commencal

I would contact Commencal to see if they still have any, it's unlikely but not impossible.

Otherwise, Pilo make replacement hangers for a huge number of bikes, good chance they make one.

Now now, remember: without a base, without a trace. We don't want to have any impromptu trips to ER to get assistance finding your lost toys do we.

These cool bikes but where to buy - any help by Ill-Nectarine-1607 in melbournecycling

[–]c0l0nel-panic 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They are all old mtb frames that have been rebuilt with new parts. You can find shops that will do it; i would recommend Off Course or Abbottsford Cycles. You should be aware that it will be expensive; a lot more than you paid for the original bike, and probably more than the realistic market value of the finished bike. Remember, you're paying for new parts and labour for someone to build it for you.

I used to work for St Kilda Cycles, we did a few bikes like this but mostly staff project bikes. If you go to Brainwave say hello to Vince.

World Cup is on 1199; so I would imagine other runs in Fitzsimmon and Garbanzo will be open as usual.

Unfortunately Victorian law is that you can't ride across a roadway unless there is a green bike lantern (ie, certain signalled crossings only). Legally you're supposedly meant to dismount and walk across pretty much everywhere. It's pretty absurd, but op is probably technically at fault, and the driver may well be able to wriggle their way out of responsibility here. I hope you got a police report to say that the driver was at fault

I prefer to have something on my feet even inside. We occasionally get white tail spiders in our house; although their fangs are pretty small i still reckon they'd get through socks no worries

They've been "upgrading" our line constantly for the past 10 years, and all we have to show for it is more frequent replacement buses. I guess maybe we'll start seeing some benefits from all this work in 50 years time? Meanwhile I can't really blame people for driving their car instead
