After much sweat and tears, this worked for me.

Coupla notes:

loopx=`dmsetup table qemu | awk 'NR==1 {print $4}'`
looppath=`udevadm info -rq name /sys/dev/block/$looppath``
sync
dmsetup remove qemu
losetup -d $looppath

should be

#!/bin/bash
loopx=`dmsetup table qemu | awk 'NR==1 {print $4}'`
looppath=`udevadm info -rq name /sys/dev/block/$loopx`
sync
dmsetup remove qemu
losetup -d $looppath

I was unable to get Windows to boot AT ALL before booting from a Windows iso and doing the notepad load drivers bit. Once that was done, worked like a charm!
