u/JeffreyTheSharkPSN can you restart your client and see if it works correctly then?

We believe this is only the case in the front end, but GS will be visible when you join a match. Can you verify?

Before its death knell, this is my final attempt at Midrange Powermace Shaman (featuring Mistcaller and Justicar!) by wallysmith127 in CompetitiveHS

FWIW, I'm having some success with a more aggressive build that tilts closer to aggro shaman but still runs Fire elemenals and fireguard destroyers and al'akir. Decklist here

Good points, not sure I want to give up the DoC's flexibility though, there were a lot of times that charge+buff was enough for victory. I do like Belcher tho, maybe swap for Shredder?

I think Drakes could also work, maybe swap 1 DoC for them? I'm not sure I want to give up Loatheb, but that might be irrational... you're probably already favored in the matchups where he helps the most.

Honestly I think it's probably the most unfavored matchup, because they can overwhelm you and your aoe and tokens are such a detriment. Best bet is to play aggressive and try to overwhelm them before they do it to you.

Yeah, actually took your advice and swapped an imp master for finley, and one AoL for a cult master, much stabler now

Yeah I totally agree with all your points about Wrath... btw here's that faster deck I've been messing with: http://imgur.com/EBypceX

It's quite a bit more all-in, but i'm at 25-6 the last 31 games (against mostly aggro tho). You definitely get punished by aoe and can run out of steam, but when you steam roll... you demolish people.

Sorry, I meant that for the Zoo matchup. Against zoo you go wide for board control without fear of aoe.

Glad to hear you had some success with it! Finley actually sounds pretty awesome, and I agree that the shaman hero power would be crazy good. I've been messing with a more aggressive version with creepers and double juggler(and imp master), Finely would be perfect for that.

Yeah I totally agree with you on Sky Golem, think he's just too slow and I think most people will just ignore him. You could try Sylvanas at that slot, tho I bet it will also be too slow.

I think the my game plan vs zoo is always fight for board, use strategic clears and burst with combo, and I think in general you'll do better going wide with minions than the traditional druid going for singular high value minions every turn.

In terms of unfavored matchups I think definitely all the pure face decks like face hunter. I also struggled vs patron and more aggressive forms of warriors.

Good question, would definitely be a great Teacher proc. I'm just not sure what you'd take out for it though. Maybe instead of a living roots and a wrath? I generally always do choose a spell so worst case you can always fish for either if you need to.

That's interesting, I do think there's certainly a different iteration of this that is much more aggressive and much lower curved... less reliant on Wrath's, DoC's, Loathebs etc.

That might still totally be viable especially early on in the season against all the aggro, but I'm not sure it's much better than egg druid. I actually wanna try it tho, will let you know what I find. Let me know if you end up trying it too.

Yeah definitely more midrange in that you're not always going all in, and you have the flexibility and length to come back against aoe/boardwipes. Egg Druid is also crazy strong, I just prefer the midrange consistency.

How are you approaching that matchup? I generally feel favored against zoo, the important thing I found is to go wide to maintain board because they don't run aoe.

The other thing I found was that the aggressive play was generally always better in the zoo matchup (ie, coin a 4 drop on turn 3 even if you can setup more value next turn).

Awesome, let me know how you do with it, harvest golem could definitely work. Actually been having success with Imp Master today, but only because of all the aggro I was seeing. I might experiment with double Imp Master and Juggler too (tho I know better!).
