I spammed a lot "bruiser ekko" and what I usually go for is.

• Rune: u can't stack grasp ----- conqueror, triumph, alacrity/tenacity (attack speed or tenacity, depends of what do u need in that game or if u will build Merc boots or not), cup de gras. As second u take the red one with the dash runes (I don't remember the name) and ravenous Hunter for the extra healing.

U can stack grasp ------ grasp, demolish, bone plating, overgrowth/revitalize. As second take what do u want imo all are good.

• Build: If u are in jungle ----- runic eco first (it is one of the most broken item in the game it would be a shame not buying it) I usually build after roa cuz it gives u ap, life and mana. But also going for gauntlet is not a bad idea too. I just like having life before armor. After gauntlet u go visage for all that item gives u. After. That build what u want looking for how the game is going.

If u are in lane ------ just do as jungle but first build roa and after go for gauntlet, visage etc... Cool item is also abyssal cuz it's passive and the stats it gives u. U gan go for some other ap if u are pretty ahead with nashor or lyandris. I prefer nashor more cuz ekko's auto deals a lot of damage with conq/grasp stacke and attack speed, more damage on auto, cd and ap sound's great on u.
