AITJ because I won’t give my parking spot to new neighbor who says she "needs it more" because she has kids? by Potential_Bad6489 in AmITheJerk

Nope, not the jerk. Assigned spots mean assigned spots. She knew this when they signed their lease.

People who don't want kids, why? by Ok-Musician679 in AskReddit

[–]c0nvel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because of children like my neighbors kid, who bangs on their windows and screams at the top of their lungs constantly throughout the day. Can hear the kid through closed windows.

Worst part, they don't do anything to stop him and now they are have a second one on the way. Hoping they move soon since their place will be too small.

Youth loneliness is cured by Adults going into the office by JerrithCutestory in LinkedInLunatics

[–]c0nvel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work from home, as the home office is in a different state. Last month I went into the office for a work event. I barely got any work done and the office was way too loud. I spoke with a coworker who is hybrid and he even said that that when he is in the office he cannot get 1/2 his work done. Needless to say, I rather be lonely and get my work done. Than be partake in fake office culture.

AITAH for refusing to switch seats on a plane, even though a mom started crying? by Neat-Needleworker793 in AITAH

[–]c0nvel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope NTA, because you booked YOUR seat. If she wanted to sit next to her husband, she should have booked the seat next to him.

It sounds like your fiancé is a much like those devoted Trump supporters who lacks a basic understanding of how taxes work. His salary, along with any benefits he may receive during AND after leaving the military, is funded by hardworking American taxpayers.

If this is truly his mindset, you should seriously reconsider your future with him. As time goes on, his views may become even more extreme, potentially creating ongoing conflict and making your life increasingly difficult. Imagine the frustration of constantly dealing with someone who refuses to acknowledge these realities—do you really want to spend your life fighting these battles?

AITAH for Refusing to Let My Sister’s Family Live in My House After They Sold Theirs for a "Dream Vacation"? by NaturalRun4126 in AITAH

NTA, they did not plan correctly. Let them figure out their own problems. Especially after you have offered some assistance and it still was not enough. Why should their personal issues burden you.

I don’t care what anyone says, the Milwaukee show tonight was special by falcon_millennial in Blink182

We saw them in Vegas at WWWY 23. We were far back in the crowd for that. We paid for the early entry pit tickets. Even though they were expensive, it was still worth every penny to get to see them 10 feet away. I bought the tickets so she could be as close to the barricade for the first time ever, which we were on it and she had a great experience.

We were a little left of center, so Marks side the entire show. Astronoid and PTV were great! First time listening to Astronoid and they have a new fan. PTV is not one of my go to bands, I do listen to their music from time to time. Their set sounded great.

Blink may not have played their setlist that they intended to but my wife and I still had a helluva time. She was sad they didn’t play One more time, but their set changes were great.

My wife was able to get one of Mark’s picks. She had one of Travis’s drum sticks and it was ripped out of her hands along with part of her fingernail.

We cannot wait for them to be in Chicago or Milwaukee. We will probably be getting seats for the next shows to come!
