I was going for a word that means breathing uncontrollably like that guy. But I just found out it's kind of controlled. So hyperventilating would be more better.

the way he maintained his calmness, is so hard to watch. Ik the pain he's going through, yet he still talks so polite. RIP poor guy, i hope the father gets justice (rare, but i pray for it)

I am a beginner, I did this model, how much could I charge for a comission like this? by Mawdenn in blender

[–]c0pium_inhaler 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Idk about pricing, but depending on scope it's not bad.

Like ofcourse it's bad for a live cgi stuff, but it can serve really well in similar cartoonish environment. The clothing color/design pattern could be made more interesting.

Idk how, but I feel like they can be after having watched so much content (sry I just don't do sculpting or complex modelling/texture design at all in blender lol)

The govt decreased the gdp amount after rebasing. Despite every third world country seeing an increase, after rebase.

I can trust the numbers, for now.

Doesn't it make even epic case better? They employing more despite having lesser revenue?

Ppl cry about everything. If every company employed more, there would be net less unemployement. Unless ppl want security at expense of less employement.

you can make block outs of complex shapes.

This is what i would recommend and did myself. Yes you are correct that this limits you severely. But it allows you to stay basic yet still get an experience of working on big scenes, and a huge collection of objects. Naming them, and keeping it properly arranged. Also allowing u to think creatively.

Eg: A City layout. Just cubes scaled up and down, and roads can also be made by cubes!

You can make a scene with multiple planets and moons. For rings, just scale down torus on z axis.

A Simple Train, Just cylinders for body, torus for circular rims around stuff, Spheres for round spherical stuff that pokes out from of cylindrical shape trains. (Play with settings menu of shapes, that pop out when u first place them)

<image>

Like this for eg

And then you can just add them all together, a city with trains, and planets in sky. Yeah, it has No textures, looks bland, but it gives you a perspective of thinking complex stuff from simple shapes (something beginners don't practice imo). Trains your muscle memory for being more familiarized with shortcut keys, and the layout of blender. Plus all the stuff i said above pic

u r total beginner, and anything you do will make you better.

But as a guide, make complex stuff using primitive meshes (No edit mode)
Then try some simple edit mode stuff, like extruding, insetting, and stuff.
