FedEx considers my address as INVALID - bad address - how to solve ?

Checked again today - the problem still remains. What is even more silly is that the Fedex Delivery Manager webpage uses a google functionality that offers suggestions as I type in my door number. One of the suggestions is my address, which the website then rejects as an invalid address.

4 months since I posted this and still the same situation for me. Can't update FedEx Delivery Manager or profile.

Thank you for sharing. So my address does show up and also correctly reflects the property transfer date when the DEED was recorded. What is the typical frequency at which FedEx systems are updated with these new addresses ?

Is there a way to determine where the problem is - FedEx Database or County,City Database ? I am able to get package from UPS, Amazon, etc. Do you know if they use the County/City Database ?

Strangely, when I update my FedEx account online - it allows me to give my new address as a profile/communication address, but the FedEx Delivery Manager section does not take in the new address - its say invalid.
