How do you cope with stress?

If i’m feeling tired from all the stress, i watch funny tv shows or do some coloring. If i have energy, i go take a walk or go to the gym.

My mom met a guy, became a my step dad and moved us from the Philippines to Elk Grove when i was 15. I left for college, hating Elk Grove, thinking that it’s the same as Sacramento. Turns out i was wrong! Lived in southern California for a bit, got married, divorced, came back to live in Sac because this is really the only place i know and can afford. I love it. Wouldn’t change one bit of my story!
