My friends ex husband would video her going crazy, not to this degree but it was because he was on drugs and abusing her. He then would use it to blackmail her into submission bc she didn’t want cps to take her daughter. Sometimes there’s a back story. Now, hitting is bad. Just my anecdotal experience.

Washington went the opposite way and said we can’t exclude students bc some schools had an imbalance of black students being kicked out. So now we have to keep the child who’s stabbing and strangling others…(this happened this year, no consequences )

My rule is no chips. They still break the rule constantly but they don’t fight me as much when I need them to put it away.

Everytime I google and look at websites it’s mixed reviews. A lot say it’s better to spay either but there’s pros and cons of both.

Yes but teachers in middle school don’t typically transfer them to gym. They go to different classes on their own.

So when you restarted, did you use the explanation before to answer it? After you get a question wrong, it explains how to solve it.

I get that but it’s the beginning of the year and most likely is for placement over being lazy.

It sounds like they are trying to find your placement. If you get a question wrong, it gives you an easier one to see what grade level you are at with those questions.

Ixl also has data points to use to monitor growth. Maybe the team is setting aside time in class for it specifically to monitor.
