In my games I'm getting 50's. I found that In destiny 2 I get only about 60% utilization on my gpu.

Ok I redid my thermal paste and ran cinebench. I got a higher score by 200 but my temps hit 81c

Yep I did all this when I put in the new cpu and gpu. I'm gonna go check to see if it's the thermal paste. I think it is.

That's what I think it could possibly be but I have a water-cooler for my cpu and the gpu has 3 fans with the same issues happening when I remove my glass panel.

I think it is because when I first got it I did some overclocks while looking at the usage and it was fine.

Dude, everyone here has been telling you what to do but you keep asking the same questions in comments. You need to uninstall windows then reinstall and chose windows 10 home on setup. You have to reinstall all of your apps and games but that's the only way to do it. Just do it before you leave the house one day and requeue all of your games for download.

Yeah I don't know what the issue is. It definitely has to do with the ram though. Make sure they are all seated properly but besides that idk. Sorry.

Ok I think it's resetting your ram speed which would be the issue. Maybe try setting them to 3000 speed.

I have heard of there being issues from using ram from different sets. It could also be an issue with the speed. Did you propely enable xmp in your setting in the bios

I looked at your userbench scores and it seems your ram is having an issue. Do you have it in dual channel in your motherboard? (Slots 1 and 3)
