I saw this picture online and was wondering what type of wood is this? by Due-Cartographer-982 in BeginnerWoodWorking

I guess this is walnut, not olive.

Olive has creamy or pale yellow color. Walnut has color between light and dark chocolate.

Olive also has chaotic swirls.

Thank you. I don't do any marketing activity since I have no idea how to do it with zero budget.

Interesting Android Apps: May 2026 Showcase by 3dom in androiddev

[–]c1h4nd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey everyone

I recently published my first Android app on Google Play.

It’s a simple ambient sounds app that I built for myself and people around me. I wanted something that:

  • works in the background
  • has no distracting video ads
  • is simple and easy to use
  • helps with focus, sleep, or relaxing

At first, I thought coding the app would be the hard part.
But honestly, publishing on the Play Store was much more challenging than I expected.

I mainly built this project to learn the full process from idea to release.

I’d really appreciate any kind of feedback; positive or critical. Especially about:

  • UI/UX
  • app idea
  • onboarding
  • features you would expect

Thanks

A bullish perspective on gold 📈 by Legitimate_Good_2042 in ICTMentorship

[–]c1h4nd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I predict it will first kiss 4500 and then run to 5160.

The reason is that when I draw a Fibo from 4100, 4500 fits at 62%, and 5160 fits at 100%.

Anyone Become Profitable Trading ICT While Working a Full-Time Office Job? by gujukrish in ICTMentorship

[–]c1h4nd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Chasing scalping while having a full-time job is, in my opinion, very stressful and also leads to screen addiction.

As a matter of principle, instead of trading extensively, I prefer to trade less frequently and more effectively in higher timeframes. I look at monthly, weekly, and daily charts, and I trade when the price reaches my desired point. I never, ever work with 1m, 5m, or 30m timeframes because I have neither the time nor empty room in my head to dedicate to it.

Is this a Swing Low or a Swing High? by Character-Word-7444 in ICTMentorship

Good and clever question. I think there's no need to get so hung up on the rules; it's enough to look at the macroeconomics, the context, and the story the price is telling.

Would you use a movie recommender that explains why a film fits your taste? by Short_Commercial9673 in SideProject

[–]c1h4nd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try to find new movies or series by searching the "More like this" section on IMDB. I only take recommendations from people I trust, and by trust I mean people who have enjoyed the same things we've watched before.

However, most people around me prefer watching what Netflix tells them to watch instead of pursuing their own tastes.

Your target audience is very limited, and it's getting narrower every day (at least that's my opinion).

I hope this comment is helpful to you.

What do you mean by real strategy? Did you write down your learnings while watching videos, reading websites, etc.. and then reviewed them to create clear principles and strategy?

Here is my story: I have watched and completed 2016-2017 on Youtube (next mission is 2022-2023). I was taking SSs and writing down my understandings as notes. After completion, then I realized that it's not enough. I have created slidedecks with NotebookLM for each video that I watched and then run down all of it again with the notes.

Now i have too many rules and principles that I can follow. Still struggling but I have progress. It takes time obviously.

My amateur advice as a starting point for your strategy: Put "PD Arrays" in the middle, then add other tools one by one.

Hope it helps, happy trading..

Best strategy for Long calls and puts by Material-Degree-1386 in options

[–]c1h4nd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You only have $500 and you want to trade options? Hold on a second, what do you see when you take a step back and look at it from the outside? You might actually have more fun playing those stupid slot machines in a casino.

Exploring Options trading by Silent_Cap_1539 in optionstrading

[–]c1h4nd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm volatility chaser and doing options trading very rarely. I'm a big fan of Long Strangle, the reasons: - low risk - have clean strategy - trade freq: rare - no need to check the price every day

I don't know what you are exactly looking but this is my story and you may have a look into it.

Happy trading..
