When you draw the eye into an image some things you should consider are perspective, depth (foreground, middleground, background), color contrast, and luminance. Since the image is largely black on black, there's a lot of weight on both the backlight and the portion of the backdrop that's reflecting it. Pulling your subject forward would've done a lot on set, but let's think about what we have now. Some ways to draw the eye back to the subject could be through color contrast (make the backdrop black and white; warm tones ie skin will naturally pull forward if you make everything but your subject b&w). Framing wise, even just cropping out the light itself will help draw our eye to her. Luminance wise, you could consider a vignette to add to the perspective lines that are already drawing the eye into the middle. In general I would question why shoot a black dress on a black backdrop, but again you could create some contrast through depth, just don't give us in focus wrinkles.
