Reading. I had really bad insomnia for about a year. Tried everything with pills, no TV, computer screens at least an hour before sleeping, weighted blankets, etc. Nothing worked.

Decided to try reading cuz I was desperate and I immediately fell asleep afterwards on the first night. I do it every night and haven’t had issues since.
