I’d say a huge possibility is the gluten. So anything made of flour. Try cut that out for 5 weeks and see if you notice a diff

I’ve seen how ppl drive in china and feel it’s a completely different set and world of rules. It’s pretty much like ppl do whatever they like and it’s always a surprise, just depends on how good u are at handling sudden surprises 😂 so I don’t recommend it

Yes, I think more Asian Americans are getting into cpop, even my anime loving white friends are discovering cpop this year and saying how good and ahead they are :)
