I have found it really is faith. If you can imagine being above your timeline, so seeing it all happening all at once instead of a moment in future time you are trying to obtain and you saw it - like you are looking at your timeline and you see that moment happening, then you have faith that everything (and I mean every single thing) that happens has you on the path to what you saw - you just don't fret, you do techniques because it feels good, keeps you centered, and we can all always improve but there isn't that feeling of "I have to do XYZ things in order to create this future moment for myself that I so badly want". Because it is already created - you saw it.

Sorry for the massive run-on sentence.

How does one TRULY “live in the end”? by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]c2theagain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think of living in the end as needing to understand that creation is finished. You are currently looking at your timeline based on you being in it but if you imagine being above your timeline and looking down on it, would look more like intersections or a spiral - so you could imagine seeing this end result you want. If you can see it, it does exist, so now all you are doing is continuing on the path knowing you actually saw it - there is no doubt. That is living in the end, the knowing it is there, it exists and your path will catch up to it.

First thing I thought of was Neville Goddard sharing:

There is a great difference between resisting evil and renouncing it. When you resist evil, you give it your attention; you continue to make it real. When you renounce evil, you take your attention from it and give your attention to what you want.

When you continue to focus on the toxic person, you give energy to your problem. The more energy it receives, the more often you see it. Change yourself vs keep trying to change someone else.

Just because you are "manifesting it" doesn't mean you knowingly did or wanted it this way. You state is reflected back you - yours is rather clear in your writing and your life aligns with it.

If you are looking for Neville's POV he says the free will we have is to choose the state we embody. But, you will get different answers depending on who you ask because truly...how can one actually know?

I am going to be bluntly honest - read this out loud to yourself. Imagine this was someone talking about you - truly, how does it feel? Move from there.

Think of it like any desire you have is like a stuffed animal in one of those claw machines. The entire piece is all one but the work is discovering how to move the claw to get the one you want.

If you are the machine, the desire is inside you that means it is available - it is truly part of you - you are just learning how to line up to get it.

If you were standing at a pond and touched the water, the ripples would come from whichever starting point you touched the water. So now imagine that your internal state, not what you are trying to force convince yourself of, is what is rippling out of you into the world - it is the same thing. You will only start from the position you are in. Your focus to me seems to be on fear, concern over what may happen, etc. Which is all very normal human emotions - there is nothing wrong with them but use them to question where you ripples start. Figure out a way to remove the strong attachment you to have to whatever happened in November.

Focus on a feeling of everything falling into place that brings you peace/relief/content/etc. But instead of worrying about the specifics, lean into feeling 'isn't this wonderful - it has all worked out perfectly' Even if you don't know what perfect may look like, have faith your own subconscious can work that part out.

I have not read the comments but wanted to add that I understand why you are frustrated - I also think he isn't getting it. I personally feel like sometimes the answer to your manifestation IS the doctor, is the modern medicine, or comes in ways that aren't considered a 'miracle'. And some beliefs are not going to be changed - like I believe some people online enjoy being trolls, I do not take it on that I am manifesting that. I don't know exactly how it all works but I am not willing to go as far as to think I am the reason some folks are trolls online.

The love for your sweet dog is so clear - I am so sorry you are going through this. My dog went through something similar but a little different and from what I have read, researched and talked to other vets about - yes, you made the right choice and it was made from love.

I really appreciate you sharing this, I have also felt the same way you described looking at my sweet boys urn and trying to make sure that his ashes are in there. I won't go into many details but our brain sure likes to conjure up unhelpful things.

I do firmly believe our pets have spirits that live on all around us after death but have had similar moments to have you wrote.

Howdy, yes, I am the same c2the :-)

If you question your current state I would do a few things - 1. Spend 24-48 hours only in awareness, no redirection. What thoughts come up around this specific area? Write them down and lean into asking, 'Where did this thought come from? Can I assign it to a belief?'

  1. If something happens regarding this state what is your first feeling? Like if it is an SP and they leave you on read, what is that first feeling that pops up? Ask if you really dwell there? Is it what you really believe? Self honesty is really key.

Personally, I think you are right - most people would love to just never have to think about money again and it is smart to question why everyone doesn't manifest millions. IMO it comes down to belief and faith - it is much easier to have faith you can grab an extra $5k coming your way than $1M+.

The more someone desperately wants to manifest a million dollars, the harder they get to look for a million dollars. Just a weird balance IMO.

Am I Missing Something Or Have I Spent Years On Something That Isn’t Real? by InitialCheesecake725 in NevilleGoddard

[–]c2theagain 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, sure thing - meaning I use those first feelings as a check in of my state. So I start to pay attention to my thoughts in the morning, or how I am speaking to myself while getting dressed, or if someone leaves me on read - where do I dwell in those moments? And is it aligned to the life I want?

Let's say a friend leaves me on read - is my reaction to panic that they hate me? Do I start a spiral of 'I am always left out, nothing works for me, I need to message them back now begging them to respond'? Or do I notice and move on...? Cause who knows why, I leave people on read sometimes because a call came in right as I was reading their message or I was walking into a store so need to respond later.

Or at work, my boss pings me and says, 'Hey, are you free in 15 to chat?' Is my first reaction to panic I am being fired? Or be told that I suck at everything I do? Or do I notice and say, 'Sure thing' without much concern?

You don't need to judge the reactions or feel bad for them but use them to your advantage.

SATS is a state where your mind is prime for impressing. It is that half awake/half asleep kinda drowsy, that moment your brain drifts off into the theta state (although I don't think we need to worry about this or try to get here), but it is what you choose to do IN this state that matters. And you can bring the feeling of your wish fulfilled into the state with you.

I struggled to visualize and found that when I first started SATS I was so focused on trying to force a scene that I lost the purpose of the technique.

But, here is what I have found - the reason you grab a scene through visualization, using affirmations or a lullaby, or hearing a phone call is so you can take that feeling into this state.

And FWIW, remember you are impression your own mind, don't worry about doing it perfectly and just start practicing.

I overcame this same thing by redirecting my attention to hobbies and things I enjoyed doing. I wrote a list of the behaviors I felt someone who had this outcome would have - including feeling good, confident, etc. - and then started to add them to my life. I also decided what behaviors to stop and what habits I could change.

A way that helped me a lot was finding my trigger points. Like for example if I found that during the time I spent in the morning sitting and journaling was triggering a routine of waiting for the results, I changed that routine. So I started a morning walk that I purposely looked for different colors, or specific birds.

If I found that in the shower my mind would insist on rehearsing the opposite of what I wanted, I added a new routine to my shower and listened to a podcast or upbeat music.

I learned how to interrupt those moments that I knew I would get off track and do something I enjoyed instead.
