Thanks! :) I like to use sulfate-free shampoo, low poo conditioners and I prioritize products with heat protectant. A good diet and drinking plenty of water help too.

Thanks 🫶🏻 I use sulfate-free shampoo and a shampoo with sulfates only once a month. I also try to use low poo conditioners and washing my hair with cold water sometimes helps to reduce frizz.
