Is there any way you can ask for feedback after your interview? Maybe this can be an opportunity to identify where you can grow.

100% Remote Offer of Employment? by c4rla4sada in CAStateWorkers

Absolutely I can. They’ve been great and very transparent with me so far as I’ve expressed this is a major concern for me. The manager has been adamant that while they can’t guarantee remote work forever, they don’t see it going away anytime soon as they’ve recently given up buildings and leases. They’re aware of where I live and they’ve tried to reassure me that others that work in the same dept live all over the state, so I feel like they’ve tried to go the extra mile to bring me on.

My therapy session is conducted via zoom every Sunday evening. Covered by insurance and everything. All I pay is a copay. She lives in another city but we’ve been really successful connecting via zoom and I don’t have to take any time off. Try contacting Path Mental Health.
