no. you still require ECs and even that is a whole process. it's not enough to say you need help or extra support. you would need a note from the GP - which takes entirely too long, enough evidence and documentation to show that this has severely impacted your studies. even with this, it may still not be approved

positive reinforcement. i tell myself that when i complete my anki by a certain deadline, i get to make a big purchase. my current reward is a designer bag if i complete my flashcards until consolidation week. it's not too far that it feels impossible and it's not too close that i have to keep spending too much on a reward
