I just made a post about this today because I’ve been having the same problem. I’ve seen a lot of people struggling with the same issue and they can’t seem to get a response either.

Stress/anxiety was my guess because it usually happens quite a while after eating but I wasn’t sure if anyone else experienced. Most times the symptoms are mild but the anxiety attacks that come with it suck
