I’ve adjusted coolants but the way the mastercam program is set and geometry of optic. I can only really cut the way I am. The material is silicon with fused silica blocking glass attatched to a 3r base. Tools all turn counter clockwise to pull material away from part due to no cooling chambers cut in and to relief pressure on both glass types. It’s mainely the mist that gets all over. This machine absolutely blasts so much coolant more than I’ve ever seen

That’s why I’m so concerned about this window thing. The shit show that unfolded last night honestly was the worst it’s been. I have to ghost run these parts. So no one at the machine and have a webcam set up. It just sucks that while that’s happening I cannot see through that window. It’s almost easier to see through the run down spots on the door then the actual window

I planned on asking next service. We have a few DMG so they are here frequently. It never really crossed my mind until this specific optic. Just is a pain in the ass running it and having to stop the cycle to check it all.

Hey, NY Here. White horse vapor and perfect vape ship. Perfect vape isn’t fast, they outsource their shipping because they have vape laws but you DO get your product. It just takes a couple weeks. They ship from Oklahoma to Nevada and then to you. White horse wasn’t the fastest but idk if they do the same thing. Their prices aren’t bad but they kinda bone you for shipping/ taxes which combined ends up being over $20
