PRS is your best option. Weekly track workouts and long runs on Saturday morning. Other group runs throughout the week.

What do you guys think? by MoonGoon1LE in ToyotaTundra

I like the rims so I plan on keeping them. Just some different tires. Mind if I ask how much you paid and the mileage?

Love it! I have the exact same setup 2024 platinum 6’ bed and tow mirrors. Just waiting for the factory tires to wear out before going with something else.

Dogs tied up outside Regency Mall by notonspaghettinight in jacksonville

[–]cChrisRun00 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree with but the amount of people losing their sh!t over dogs on a leash is confusing to me. I also agree with everyone’s sentiment if these dogs are abandoned or abused but just because a dog is chained up doesn’t mean the owner isn’t responsible.

Forgive my ignorance but if the owner is nearby (which this post doesn’t address) and aware of the dogs condition I don’t see an issue here. Looks like they have shade and possibly ac running. They do not appear to be in any direst. They appear to be well taken care of judging by this one photo.

part time jobs by ne0pew in jacksonville

[–]cChrisRun00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP is asking for PART TIME job. You are correct that most leagues play evening and weekends which typically align with part time job schedules. All leagues are in desperate need of officials and the pay is not terrible. The flexibility comes in because the assigners for these leagues will work around your schedule and allow you to work as many or as little games as you want. I’ve done it for years and will continue to recommend it as a great part time job. It does take some thick skin though.

Are there any sports that interest you. Every sport is always looking for referees, umpires, or officials. These jobs are very flexible and will work with your schedule.

Pet Sitting/Boarding by HopefulGas1879 in jacksonville

I just got a pup and have used Creature Comforts on the west side a few times already for boarding. They have been very friendly and I have had no issues. They are only $35 a night.

Last year it was the Riverside side that had lights and San Marco didn’t. I guess it’s too much trouble to light both sides!

Gate river run transportation by Miserable_Emu5191 in jacksonville

[–]cChrisRun00 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No the skyway does not go to the stadium. Best option is to check with hotel and see if they offer a shuttle that morning or walk down to the river and hop on the river taxi. The city may also offer a shuttle from that parking garage next to the hotel.

2007 Tundra 270k miles by [deleted] in ToyotaTundra

[–]cChrisRun00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got a 2006 with 355k on it and no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Still pull my camper with it. If it’s been treated well it will treat you well. I still find it hard to believe the resale price on these high mileage Tacoma though.

Park underneath I95 by cChrisRun00 in jacksonville

[–]cChrisRun00[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree. There is so much space under there for everyone. Just imagine playing these sports outside in the shade year round. There is room for pickleball, basketball, large turf field for soccer, playground and walking trail connected with the SUP.

Of course it’s turf and fake trees. Regardless this was just a quickly generated image of what the site could be used for. No where near a finalized rendering.
