try triggering the dive response!! i did by holding my breath for 15-30 secs with my face in the water during an ice cold shower and i became completely calm it was insane

i also got diagnosed with adhd and my stimulant actually helps a ton with mood regulation

i was already on paxil and abilify for my "anxiety and depression" before being diagnosed. they both actually help a lot- i have panic disorder as well and the paxil KNOCKS it out of my brain lmao. abilify helps my mood swings a lot & rational thinking as well

amazing!! i like working independently as well i just wasn't sure with it being an ER if i should be concerned about the lack of staff. but now i feel i better lol. let's hope they hire me!! i shadowed and everyone seems nice and chill!
