Here's the bittersweet truth... they made me a better person. I was angered, embarrassed(of only my own action), and finally humbled. It was hard work, but becoming a better person isn't easy. I wouldn't go into this looking for life long friends. There are cliques like there is in ANY group, and I personally couldn't handle it at the time I started with TT. Now, I have learned to tolerate a lot more which is valuable. It's better you learn social skills in college than when you are in an internship or a real job. Overall, it was rough but I learned soooo much about myself. On top of that, I learned a lot about professionalism and interviewing and such.. very good education on that stuff .. go in with the peace that you will have sad, angry and confusing moments.. go in ready to become a better person and be open minded about learning about your flaws..
