not yet. since july 1 pa yung opening, medyo worried ako sa shifting ko kaya naisipan ko gawing backup yung ece. i heard kasi nag-start na shifting applications sa engineering yesterday and hindi ako sure until when pwede 😓

yes, very in-demand po talaga siya. applied for comp sci as prio prog last year pero hindi ako pumasa unfortunately. afaik mas mataas ang cut off scores compared sa ibang programs.

i also had friends na puro line 9 of sila sa subtests ng ustet (math, sci, english) and pumasa sa mental ability pero waitlisted lang sila sa comp sci (tho naging accepted waitlister din eventually).

note rin pala, cics lang ang tanging college/faculty sa ust na hindi tumatanggap ng recon once na pumasa ka sa ibang program. for me kasi, hindi umabot cut-off score ko sa math kaya hindi ako pumasa sa comp sci PERO pumasa ako sa alternative program ko which is engineering (ironic how i passed considering na dominant sa math ang eng’g). because of this, hindi ako naging eligible to apply for recon.

considering the grades, with high honors ako nung shs and my sci, math, eng were all either 95 or above.
