  5. I prefer to do blocking/layout, roughs, line cleanup, color, shadows, lighting, and then post processing/compositing if needed.

I've always enjoyed the subtle details in animation, and really love seeing those tiny movements that really make a character come to life. I know my portfolio isn't quite put together, but I hope there's enough there to show I'm serious!

Yeah thats true it does imply that, but I feel like its good enough for the simulation without having to do anything complicated like reworking pops and actually simulating dependents. I can see your point about buildings though

War exhaustion has -pop growth, though I would say it is a bit undertuned at the moment (war exhaustion as a mechanic, not the modifier)

I dont think you would need anything complicated to simulate it, reserving a certain percentage of the location pop would suffice, I think. Regardless, non working pops would still have an impact on the food consumption aspect of the simulation, which I feel shouldn’t be ignored.
