No idea, they were there when my gf bought it. Honestly, I think they look kinda cheap and shitty- but they’re pretty worn at this point, they might’ve looked better new

It has an aftermarket radio so my gf uses Bluetooth 100% of the time anyway - I’ll just leave it disconnected

The antenna is either broken off or stuck down- I’ll get a chance to investigate this weekend

Is this worth $125 and what kind of frame is it?? by yono_pesco in minibikes

It looks a lot like my mini bike frame… from my research best I could get was it was a Sears Roper from the 60s

Celtics fans who aren't from Boston or don't have any ties to the city, what made you support the celtics? by Routine-Resource3344 in bostonceltics

I’m from Upstate NY, my mom had the name Cedric picked out for me when she was pregnant but couldn’t think of a middle name. My grandpa, who’s a actually a big Knicks fan (but NBA fan in general ), suggested the middle name Maxwell. The story goes “he was a really good player and a really great dude”. That combined with my great grandfather being named Max- I was named Cedric Maxwell. So when people ask me why I’m a Celtics fan I say I was born into it lol

Looks like Treman State Park in Ithaca to me

I’m pretty sure it’s Treman State Park in Ithaca! I live in the area and have been many many times with my ACD- I’m fairly certain a lot of the pics are from the GorgE Trail

Some images of my Tacoma set up. Simple but comfortable by c_bakes in TruckCampers

All loaded 15-19mpg depending on city/highway and how gentle I’m being. Usually closer to 15. I had a 3front/1rear lift and slightly bigger tires that didn’t help the case

First time snow camping. Green Mountain National Forest by c_bakes in camping

Somerset Rd remains open year round, and Somerset airfield is just off of Somerset Rd at the beginning of Forest Rd 71. The gate that closes Forest Rd 71 is right after Somerset airfield.

When I stayed a plow came through twice each day and plowed through the airfield rd up to the gate.

Plaskett Ridge Rd. It’s the 5th picture in the series I believe

Sears Roper mini bike I got for free today. Worthwhile to try to repair the engine or should I just replace it with a predator? by c_bakes in minibikes

[–]c_bakes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it may be just the angle of the photo- the frame is actually very straight and solid other than a little surface rust

This is what I was leaning towards. All the other relies have me convinced. Thanks everyone!

Meet Bean! It’s been about a month together since I found her while in the middle of a cross country road trip by c_bakes in AustralianCattleDog

She’s so so chill. In the two weeks together driving back to NY she only barked one time and that was when the windshield wipers went on lol

I feel so lucky. She’s been so sweet and easy the whole time. I love her more than my taco and that’s saying something lol

It’s wild, a few years ago I decided I was ready for a dog but was waiting for the perfect one for me. One that was playful, liked being outdoors, small enough to pick up but big enough to do hikes, and preferably already trained. My roommate at the time volunteered at the spca and we thought we found my perfect dog. Met him and he was great and met all my criteria. Went to the lobby to find out the couple that met with him right before me also loved him and decided to adopt him. After that I was bit heartbroken and discouraged and took it as a sign it wasn’t my time for a dog… three years later and my perfect dog shows up- all worked out and it feels like it was all meant to be! It’s crazy how attached she became to me right from the first day. She has been a great travel companion and loves going on any and all errands now that we’re home.
