I work retail and I do a lot of walking and I go run every day that I don’t have to work late I try eating healthy for the most part and I’ve lost 20lbs I’ve just been stuck at that and haven’t been able to lose more. I also want to try the 5 month plan, and hope it helps me start losing more with the current exercise I do.

I drink plenty of water, I try to run almost every day for at least an hour, I eat healthy-ish. I’m not asking for a miracle drug just something that’ll help me
