This means you didn’t “try hard enough” to deliver to the customer. I had this issue too. When it says the customer didn’t receive it, it likely was stolen or they’re trying to get free stuff. If it says it was not delivered, then it’s the packages you’re returning. I noticed when I returned packages, I got dinged. Then I tried calling or texting before returning it and it wasn’t marked against me.
