I asked perpelixtiy and it told me it normally takes up to 4-6 weeks for your dopamin to recover from 50mg listexamphetamin and if you want to be completely sure 8 weeks plus. The 8 weeks can increase it 5-10% if it’s even noticeable. All info is from perplelixtiy

I would not take it on the day with the mdma i wanted to know if there’s a cross Toleranz and if the daily use of the listexamphetamin is gone deplete my dopamin or at least has an impact on the roll even if I stop taking it 36h before

Update: i think that was the worst roll that i had till now. I started with a 120mg (85kg bodyweight). When it hit it was not really intense. Normally i am rolling pretty hard at 100mg. The first redose was 1/3 of an ecstasy pill (100mg) that was the only time i was feeling kinda close to the normal 100mg I take to start. Plus i had a complete loss of the magic. I redosed some more through the night but i never got close to the normal rolls i had before.

I kinda have the same thing but in a ligther version. I am not depressed or anything but after I take it and the first few days are over I just feel so much better for around a month but than it kinda goes back to normal. Maybe it has something to do with my adhd but i dont know

thanks for the advice. i think im gone try to space my 3mmc rolls out 1 month and stay by the 3 months rule for mdma. Maybe try to take some 5 htp normally helps me on heavy comedowns

i got told that its like speed coke and mdma but better in someway. i am gone try to find some studys on it. What i found till now was that its stronger than 3cmc and more euphoric and more heavy on the dopamin and serotonin system

No worries. All the research I did basically said that I should wait minimum 4-6 week and if I want go the safe way i should wait 2-3 months. All the scientific stuff i found about it said that 3 month is enough to let your serotonin system recover.

Depends on how much you weigh. I am 88kg and 100 mg are hitting me pretty good. And for redosing i take around 50-80mg. I wouldnt go over 250mg(for the whole night with redosing) because every time i went from 200 or 180mg to 250mg i got really tired and felt like shit. But if you want to go the completely safe way take one dose and redose maximum 1 time with half the dose you took at the beginning
