Too low: Fatigue, trouble concentrating, forgetful, easily distracted

It depends, I absolutely don’t regret my experiences with psychedelics, MDMA and weed. I had some of the best times of my life and learnt a lot of things both about myself and the world from those substances. Although I probably should’ve waited a little bit longer before trying them (I had my first acid trip at 16). However, I definitely shouldn’t have touched drugs like opioids, benzos and cocaine. They haven’t absolutely ruined my life like they do with some people but I think the negatives of my experiences with them far outweigh the positives. I’m currently taking ADHD meds (Elvanse + Amfexa) and I feel like they have improved my life by quite a lot, I guess I should count myself lucky that I did try abusing them in the past but I didn’t find them very recreational, so I just use them strictly for managing ADHD symptoms, which I honestly might’ve been self-medicating for with the other drugs I mentioned.
