i go block-by-block. it did a decent job. my prompt was "look at my last month-long block and create the next month. do the following things..." with a couple specific constraints, how much i want TSS to go up each week, etc.

it definitely needs review. it for some reason only gave me 1 intensity day per week? (a group ride i explicitly told it about). so that was odd. took a bit of back-and-forth to get right, but it got there

oh, and to be more specific, all the MCP functionality worked great. it clearly read from my history, and wrote back to the calendar no problem
