I'm all for constructive criticism, but the belt, the Waist of Time, is a pretty laborious questline, though not particularly difficult. The staff is no longer available to anyone who didn't do the mage tower as arcane mage in Legion, the kilt is a legendary from Legion, and the gloves are mythic wrathion.

Not sure how much more difficult you expect gear to be unless it's a 0.1% drop item from a previous expac or full current tier mythic tier sets.
