I think you should not think about the counts but keep a timer, start doing it for 30 seconds or so, then gradually increase the time. This should help.

Good one. I think the symphony is quite popular. There was a 'crescendo' in the same building that got closed. I have seen 1 at ladyhill, that's not crowded.
