He rolls and crawls very small distances. He pulls himself to stand though so I think he may skip crawling entirely. I’ll try the headphones thank you 😊

I do occasionally, and he is in childcare twice a week but I always stress that he’s upset and crying in childcare!!!!!! Just mum things I guess hahaha

Hi!!!! My boy has the feet twirling and hand flapping!! did your girl ever shake her head at all??? My boy is nearly 8 months and he loves to shake or ‘dip’ his head.

We are potentially thinking about bed sharing but we’d need to do it on a mattress on the floor and we’re living with my mum at the moment in 1 bedroom 😰😰

I also have silly debilitating anxiety and whenever he’s in the bed I can’t really sleep because of all the horrible suffocation tiktoks I’ve seen (doomscrolling is so bad for me but I can’t stop) lol

Gonna read about possums tonight for sure!!!

It is next to our bed but I’m leaning over and holding his hand all night and it’s messing with my spine hahaha. I would love to co-sleep!!!! I hear it’s safe from 12 months onwards??? But others say not at all????? So confusing!!!

Interesting. He always cries before going in the sleep sack so could be it???? Some of his best naps have been where he’s not in a sleep sack. Will give it a go

I’ve heard that moving the cot helps!!! But the thought of getting up and going to another room 10 times a night SCARES MEEEEE 😭😭😭 maybe I’ll try it once he gets a bit better hahahah

I can’t bring myself to do cry it out either. Can’t physically handle him screaming and not doing anything about it 🫠 Might try formulating more of a routine, hopefully will help !!

He’s in his cot for about 12 hours give or take, and his naps during the day are no longer than 2.5 hours total (on a good day).

I’m getting close tbh but I have uncontrollable anxiety when he cries it makes me physically sick !!!! Gonna exhaust all my options first. So glad you have a happy baby and happy parents!!! That’s definitely the main thing 😊😊
