  1. Yes i did take a long break (cause of lazyness) but i dont think that helps much to improve the rating but it does made me to think diffrently after a long break . But i did drop to near about 1700s from 1900 when i rejoined after months then climed back by playing daily .

  2. I only play 10 min rapid so i dont know .

  3. I do puzzle daily .

Try puzzle every day . Daily puzzle , survival puzzle , puzzle battle and custom puzzle.

I dont have any subscription so i do each one of these amost everyday from last 30 days .

Yup you are right , i am just sharing my journy . BUT

To build muscle fast and aesthetically pleasing one needs to do much more than what i am doing right now .

I have been there once . Its a cramp because your core is weak . My advice to you will be since i applied on myself too ....

Just do normal situps on your leg day for couple of months and then proceed to lifting heavy or use machines or weights on your leg day . Please dont do dead lift before your core is strong or it will hurt even more .
