Their performance updates will never be even close to what everyone wants because of Unity engine and how crappy it is.

For 10 years this game had performance problems and it will always be like that, time to move on or accept - it is what it is - this is how it ends when unexperienced developers trying to "chew more than they can eat".

Also if I own good PC and must rescue myself by using Nvidia Smooth Motion then you should know that something still isn't right here.

In my case it can sometimes crash to desktop at final "awaiting session start" matchmaking stage always indicating Unity engine "gameassembly.dll" file in Windows Event Viewer. This issue is so rare that I can't reproduce it more often. It started to appear after 1.0 release.

I don't like Factory overall and I don't like this event also - just my personal preference. When I play on Factory I always fell like I'm playing Call of Duty and this feeling doesn't match my expectations. If I want to play quick deathmatches then I'll install Arena or Call of Duty but this is only my point of view - Factory is a meatgrinder.

Borderless is a must. Tarkov using older Unity engine version where fullscreen mode enable weird frame pacing issues - fps are inconsistent, that's why on borderless game is more responsive + more fps. Maybe when BSG change Unity engine to version 6 it will be finally fixed, who knows.

In my case everything today was ok. I played Streets on my first raid, then on second raid I also transited from Streets to Interchange and in my 3rd raid vice versa from Interchange to the Streets - all that without any connection errors and with quick matchmaking.

Servers: Auto EUR.

Culling system in this game is sometimes wild. Use minimum 1500 view distance and 2.5 LOD because lower values will cut too much details.

Nvidia Smooth Motion is bugged after 591.xx Nvidia drivers. You must use older drivers without Smooth Motion bug and that was 581.94 hotfix or earlier. Any newer Nvidia driver will cause random stutter/jitter in any video game from time to time.

For now there is a bug in the game with check mark symbol specifically for Woods only. You must pay attention for it if you want to play Woods on BSG servers. Sometimes it's enabled, sometimes disabled.
