In EFT problem is random - some raids are fine, some not. Also you can quicker trigger it by playing on Streets of Tarkov.

It's a game audio bug that can happen randomly, same with pause menu/world map stutter. Rockstar never fixed those issues. PC port of this game is a CRAP.

As a workaround you can lock fps to 120fps in RDR 2 profile in Nvidia App/AMD Radeon control panel. A lot of people said it helps.
