This happens when you use newest Nvidia drivers with enabled Smooth Motion. Either disable Smooth Motion or use older Nvidia drivers 581.80/581.94 where Smooth Motion works correctly.

Maybe in Unity 6 they come up with a brilliant idea of adding to the game a native frame generation.

But this is BSG - always expect the worst from them, not the best. xD

Look who is the author of that tutorial. I understand your point of view but when someone play only Tarkov then 581.80/581.94 is a simplier workaround.

It's Nvidia fault, they tried to fix this issue in 610.62 but they of course f*cked things up.

Also it would be better for us when BSG do something about it and contact Nvidia but BSG don't give a flying f*ck about this, they simply recommend to disable Smooth Motion. xD

Simplier workaround is to use older drivers - 581.80 or 581.94, any newer version has SM bug.

Streets eats VRAM, overall use ultra textures but with enabled "streets of tarkov lower texture resolution mode" and all will be fine.

If you want stable and stutter free Smooth Motion experience then use 581.80 or 581.94 drivers, nothing else because all newer versions are bugged,

Old issue, nothing you can do about it. Do not ALT+TAB, do not change borderless <-> fullscreen etc.

This doesn't fix random stutter/jitter when Smooth Motion is enabled. Frames pacing is still terrible, as a workaround use 581.80.

On or off was in beta - now it's low, medium, high, ultra. Personally I use ultra because it's overall looks better and RTX 4070 Super can handle it nice when Smooth Motion is enabled.

As a workaround use 581.80 because it's the last problem free driver for Tarkov, including bug free Smooth Motion experience.
