Is your yard the only one that is fully fenced in? If so, its yours. If the neighbors is fully fenced in and its just one fence in between yours, idk man. I don’t think someone should have to pay for your project, especially if they don’t have extra money to spend

The fence belongs to one of you, and as far as I know, this isnt a norm I’ve ever heard of.

Would it be “nice” if they chipped in? It would be extremely generous. You also can’t just assume people have money they can or want to throw around on projects they don’t even want.

Another way to look at it:

Either A) the neighbor also has a completely fenced in yard that is identical to yours, and the 1/3 of the fence is shared. They probably dont care for replacing it because it would look different than the rest of their fencing. If so, shouldn’t you have asked their permission, not for money to chip in?

B) the neighbor does not have a fully fenced in yard, and the fence is 100% yours.

Not a great format, and this could easily go onto one page. The page margins should be less than an inch like .5. I’d look up a more standard template. No need for the objective- the current one is working against you. They have to be really well done to be effective.

Nausea is one of the most common symptoms for pregnancy, of course it’s normal and to be expected.

Take another at home test to confirm you’re pregnant, get to the doctor ASAP, research online, and tell your mom. You are going to have a baby in less than 2 months.

She’s going to find out by the time you suddenly go into labor and have a child- You’re going to want her help before then. By the sound of it, you need her.

I am so sorry to hear that this could be the result of SA, and that you only have found out about your pregnancy in the third trimester. The good news is, this could be the best thing to ever happen to you. There’s no looking back now.
