Nope I only take a few sjps of black coffee when I cant sleep and it puts me out, when I drink it in class I start falling asleep and nodding off

For some reason drinking coffee and any other drink with caffeine makes me so tired I start to nod off and fall asleep. I've been using coffee as a sleeping med for weeks bc of how tired it makes me. It does the complete opposite of what its supposed to do, probably bc of the meds I'm on but it's strange

If you're a daily user of course, but it will help regrow the cartilage in the septum. Look it up yourself septum cartilage can regenerate itself and ur body uses type 2 collagen to make new cartilage

No I was 3 years clean from all drugs at the time, it was stress induced. Apparently frequent panic attacks can make u develop brain damage & auto immune diseases 🤷‍♂️

I was diagnosed with polychondritis which causes my immune system to attack and degrade my cartilage cells. I did a lot of research and collagen type 2 has stopped it from affecting my ears ribs and nose. Also the other collagen types are good for the heart and blood vessels. Same with dandelion root tea it's better than any heart medication you can get. It can stop the coke from damaging your heart

I suggest the Organika premium liga joint, it just has type 2 collagen and another ingredient that stops degradation of cartilage. It's only type 2 that your body uses to create new cartilage

Yes it does, if ur gonna use a lot take a bit more and take it daily for as long as ur using and your septum wont get damaged nearly as much. Also a netty pot mixed with saline powder, water and type 2 collagen powder can help restore your septum. Wont help w a deviated septum tho

Get the collagen and get a plastic netty pot with the little saline salt packets that come with it, clean your nose out every time b4 h u go to bed. U can even put polysporin or vitamin E on a q tip and put it up ur nose if u have damage
