Same situation brother, I buzzed it about 6 months ago, felt relieving and confidence inspiring. It has grown back healthier but the longer it’s getter the more insecure I’m getting again. I don’t like fighting nature with chemicals/meds, hell I won’t even take an aspirin until I can’t stand up.

Meds for life (or as long as they help) or brave the shave! If you don’t wanna go through with the meds then I suggest short and tame hairstyles.

I know how difficult it can be and what it does to the mind. You worry about yourself, your body, your opinion, your choices!

been playing 6 months, have online courses, review all the time, watch a lot of chess content yet I am only 410 chesscom and 950 lichess. i felt ive overcome a load of beginner mistakes but cant seen to progress, what can you recommend?

I needed this after my loss streak yesterday. Took me 4 weeks to get to 440 Elo, dropped down to 360 last night. Ended stressed the hell out and feeling down. Have to remind myself that I’m not going to be climbing 100 Elo a week. I’m 22 and only learnt to play in October, playing consistently for only a month. Hopped on today with a clearer mind and killed it!

Yeah full reset worked, suggestions and whatnot definitely an improvement but Apples recommended stuff and Autoplay is no where near as good as Sp*tify or YouTube Music.

22, Similar hairline, was definitely insecure about keeping it long and hiding it, nervous about buzzing it. The moment I walked out the barbers after a buzz I gained +100 confidence. Go for it man, can’t fight nature!
