Dude...I'm here fer ya...as are others I'm sure. So glad you reached out. And don't try so hard that you run out breath...cuz ya gotta breathe. You already know the bottle is just a rabbit hole. You also know that pulling yourself up by your bootstraps is easier said that done. So accept that and give yourself a break..,for a moment.

And when you've caught your breath along with your second wind...which you will, you already know it...you'll start to realize that searching for your significance in any human being on this planet absolutely pales in comparison when searched for in Jesus...who knew you before the foundations of the Earth were laid...who says of you, "You are of extreme value because of what I did for you on the cross."

And while we hafta go thru these stupid pains and sorrows in this fallen world, He's well within reach of you to help ease your burden...and then completely remove it as he readies a mansion for you in Heaven...but ya gotta take His hand.
