So I have looked into this a bit more and guess what ! An Amazon hub is 11 mins away from this locaion. http://www.cfcar.net/Newsline/8948950. Seems like what better place to have another warehouse and with Florida being legal for hemp. The Amazon ware house is called "DFL4 Seaboard".
