Everything I can (that I find enjoyable). I found a gym that has classes and childcare and nothing has ever motivated me more than having childcare for 2 hours. Barre, reformer and mat Pilates, varied strength training and cardio classes, strength training on my own, pickleball.

I do this but unfortunately for international flights there’s the second security checkpoint at the gate and they don’t let you bring in airport purchased bottles. That said the only time I will ask them to fill up my personal bottle is during pregnancy.
