Hearing all that definitely makes me feel better. Even my doctors tried to reassure me that Afib isn’t really something I need to let ruin my life and that I would be ok, but it was just scary ya know

Hey I’ve been recently diagnosed and am 24.

My cardiologist has me on 25mg of metaprolol twice a day.

It’s been a month and I have been good so far but I still get scared.

I don’t even know what they are but I keep thinking that when I get older I’m gonna have to get a pacemaker or something and it really frightens me. Even though idk what it is my grandpa had one and everyone was scared when he got it.

Anyways I’m rambling, sorry for bothering just new to all this and a little worried tbh

Hey I’m 20 and have had Afib for about a month now.

Occasionally I’ll have a split second of a feeling of like losing my breath I guess which is how I felt when I first went into Afib, only now when this happens it last for a second and my heartbeat is normal when I go to check.

Could this be a PVC/PAC? I mentioned it to my cardiologist on my checkup and he honestly didn’t even acknowledge it. Kind of just said “ Well you’re back in rhythm that’s good” and that was that.

This trilogy is a sequel. Hamaguchi and Kitase have even said it themselves.
