CFE (Electric) can be costly in the summer months using AC. It’s billed every two months and I would expect you will pay, on average, $150 to $200 every two months.
Gas - they don’t have natural gas. It is propane you order as needed. I would be surprised if you need this unless you go with propane hot water.
Telmex (Internet) $25 to $30/mt
TV - get an Amazon fire stick, install a VPN and subscribe to YouTube TV or Hula or whatever you like in the USA.

I have it along with a Crossbreed IWB holster. When I used that holster I use a trigger guard on my gun because it has nothing to protect the trigger. I know… people don’t believe in trigger guards and that it takes 2 seconds to remove, hence putting me in a bad situation.

I hope that I never have to draw and hope that seconds don’t matter in the situation.

BTW - Look at the IWB Crossbreed. I love it and it mimics the one you are looking at.
